Responsibilities :

  • Completing key Words of the service's master files and updating it as needed.
  • Researching related topics of company services (combining online sources, interviews, and studies) and creating style guides for sellers' content aligned with the organization's goals.
  • Writing clear guidelines to promote our products/services.
  • Preparing well-structured drafts using Content Management Systems and coordinating with internal content and design teams to illustrate articles
  • Identify customers' needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics
 

Requirements :

  • Having portfolio of published articles
  • Having an experience of doing research that is used with multiple sources
  • Familiarity with web publications
  • Ability to understand the user experience for the brand
  • Excellent writing and editing skills
  • Familiarity with web publications
