 Responsibilities:


  • Create designs, concepts, and sample layouts based on aesthetic design principles and company branding standards.
  • Develop graphics and layouts for HR announcements, posters, newsletters, and portal features.
  • Ensure all HR communication materials maintain consistency in logo usage, colors, and typography.
  • Design visual assets for recruitment campaigns, employee engagement initiatives, and internal HR events.
  • Provide creative direction and design expertise to HR teams on branding and communication strategies.
  • Work closely with HR teams to understand design requirements and translate them into visually appealing content.
  • Serve as an in-house consultant for HR on the most effective use of graphic design in internal communications.
  • Design and edit visual content for internal portals and social media recruitment campaigns.
  • Utilize graphic software to create infographics and presentation materials to enhance HR messaging.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in graphic design, preferably in HR, employer branding, or corporate communications.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
  • Experience in creating multimedia content, animations, and short videos.
  • Familiarity with UI/UX principles and basic web design (Figma, Sketch, or similar tools is a plus).
