Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the execution of "Battle," "Combat," and "Clash" projects, ensuring they meet deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with other departments, including Strategy, Marketing and Delivery, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Develop and implement mechanisms for registering, controlling and monitoring all projects within the Commercial Department.
  • Provide regular updates to the Commercial Strategic Planning Manager, Commercial Integrated Business Planning Director and Chief Commercial Officer.
  • Work closely with the Commercial Strategic Planning Specialists and other team members to ensure cohesive project execution.
  • Prepare ad-hoc reports and dashboards to provide real-time insights into project status, risks and opportunities.
  • Create and maintain project documentation, including project charters, plans, schedules and reports.
  • Monitor project risks through out the project lifecycle and implement risk management practices.
 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management or a related field. 
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in project management, particularly in Business Development or Operations.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and utilizing data-driven insights.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific tools and technologies.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and softwares.
