Responsibilities:

Completing key Words of the service’s master files and update it as needed
Researching related topics of company services (combining online sources, interviews, and studies) and creating style guides for vendors’ content aligned with organization’s goals.
Writing clear guidelines to promote our products/services
Preparing well-structured drafts using Content Management Systems
Coordinating with internal content and design teams to illustrate articles
Identify customers’ needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics

Requirements:

bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, or a related field
At Least 1 year experience or Proven work as a Content Writer, Copywriter, or similar role
Having portfolio of published articles
Having an experience of doing research that used with multiple sources
Familiarity with web publications
