Responsibilities:
- Identifying the problems of the vendor operation team and analyzing the cause and planning to solve them
- Preparation and analysis of data needed for strategic decisions of operational teams
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present data insights effectively.
- Monitoring the key performance indicators of the vendor’s operation teams in order to provide better service to all vendors.
- Have analytical thinking skills and can turn business questions into clear and measurable metrics
- Design and review the processes of the team and operational procedures to ensure they are working correctly and provide improvement suggestions.
- Identify opportunities for automating work processes and enhancing vendor’s operation team efficiency.
- Analyzing the processes of vendor’s operation teams in order to improve weak points
- Coordination with other parts of the team and other teams of the organization with the aim of advancing programs and creating better outputs for the organization
Requirements:
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in data analysis tools and techniques
- Proficiency in data management tools such as Excel and Google Sheet
- Familiarity with process management (modeling, analysis and process improvement
