Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of various data sets, including sales, customer behavior, market trends, and operational metrics to identify patterns and opportunities for improvement.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of existing initiatives, products, and partnerships to measure success and identify areas for optimization.
  • Research and analyze the food delivery market landscape, including competitors' strategies, emerging trends, and consumer preferences to identify potential business opportunities and areas of growth.
  • Develop accurate and insightful forecasts and projections to guide business development strategies and resource allocation.
  •  Collaborate with the business development team to develop actionable strategies for market expansion, new product launches, and partnerships.
  •  Create and maintain performance dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the success of business development initiatives.
  •  Collaborate with various departments, such as marketing, operations, finance, and technology, to align business strategies and ensure seamless execution of projects.
  • Effectively communicate findings, insights, and progress to senior management and other relevant stakeholders through presentations and reports.
 

Requirements:

  • strategic decisions o Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
  • Familiarity with statistical analysis techniques and methodologies.
  • Experience in project management and strategic planning is a plus.
