Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage and monitor the projects of planing team.
- Partnership in defining project KPIs, assess progress, and evaluate current status.
- Develop project charters, outline project structures, and loops based on project types.
- Monitor project execution status by contractors.
- Assess project quality and provide solutions, ensuring resolution of challenges when necessary.
- Coordinate and collaborate with other teams and departments to advance plans and projects.
- Supervise the achievement of project objectives.
- Design and produce necessary reports.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in project management (Waterfall and Agile).
- High skills in data analysis and report presentation.
- Full proficiency in presentation skills.
- Full proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
- Ability to use project management tools such as Trello is considered an advantage.
