Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and define strategic targets aligned with the company's overall objectives.
- Conduct thorough assessments of project requirements, ensuring that all necessary resources and support are in place for successful implementation.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Proactively monitor project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and roadblocks to ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare detailed status reports and presentations to keep stakeholders informed of project progress and achievements.
- Serve as a liaison between planning teams and stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in project management (Waterfall and Agile).
- Proven experience in defining and tracking strategic targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
