Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including objectives, scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, aligned with business development objectives
  • Project Execution: Oversee the day-to-day execution of projects, ensuring adherence to established timelines, quality standards, and cost parameters
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, external partners (e.g., CEOs or owners of large companies), and key stakeholders to gather input, ensure alignment, and manage expectations throughout project lifecycles
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions to project progress and deliverables
  • Resource Management: Allocate and manage resources effectively, including personnel, technology, and budgets, to meet project goals efficiently
  • Performance Monitoring: Track project performance through key performance indicators (KPIs) and key success factors (KSFs), providing regular updates to management
  • Data Analysis: Proficiently collect, analyze, and interpret data related to the operation's performance and projects, using insights to make informed decisions and drive improvements
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-implementation reviews
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and improvement within the operations sublayer and actively contribute to driving efficiencies
  • Communication: Establish and maintain clear, accurate, and regular communication channels both internally and with external partners
Requirements:

  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello) and office productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
  • anding of financial principles and budget management
  • Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six SigmStrong data analysis skills using tools like Excel, SQL, or data visualization software
  • Understa, Lean) is a plus
  • Familiarity with business development and operations strategies
