Responsibilities:
- Understanding and translating business objectives into research steps (questionnaires, focus
groups, e.g.) - Collecting data through interviews, focus groups, surveys and other market research
methods - Providing competitive analysis and preparing reports
- Designing surveys and guidelines for qualitative research such as focus and in- depth
interview and other quantitative surveys - Planing, coordinating and running focus group meetings and leading focus group discussion
and keeping them on track - Compiling and analyzing statistical data using modern and traditional methods ( SPSS ,STATA,
Excel,...) - Performing statistical analysis such as correlation, regression, cross tabs, t- test , ...
Requirements:
- Analytical thinker with strong theoretical and research proficiencies
- Strong analytical skills and ability to gather large amounts of data and convert it into
meaningful analysis - Ability to simplify complex information into a user-friendly format
- Ability to lead and facilitate group discussions
- Adequate knowledge of data collection methods (polls, focus groups, surveys etc)
- Familiarity with programming languages R or Python is an advantage for selection
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally, with people of all levels
- Ability to stay focused in a fast paced and dynamic environment
