In this role, you'll design and develop experiments such as A/B testing, implement automation solutions, and manage offering topics to optimize our delivery operations. Key Responsibilities
- Translate complex data analysis results into clear, actionable business insights and strategic recommendations to drive operational improvements.
- Design and execute experiments, such as A/B testing, to inform business decisions and validate hypotheses.
- Offer real-time data analysis and rapid solutions during urgent operational challenges, ensuring 24/7 operational resilience.
- Enhancing data collection procedures to include information that is relevant for building analytic systems.
- Oversee the data flow and infrastructure necessary for effective analytics, ensuring data integrity and accessibility
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align initiatives with organizational goals and ensure seamless implementation
- Stay current with business trends, suggesting improvements to existing systems and workflows
- Leading, motivating, and developing team members to achieve their best.
Qualifications
- At least 4 years of experience in python development, data science, software engineering or data analytics.
- Proven experience in python development, statistical analysis and data pipelines.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analytics tools (python, SQL, PowerBI, Docker, Redis)
- Having strong analytical skills and experience with quantitative data analysis, deep actionable insights, modeling, and advanced test plan design and analysis
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of logistics operations and systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must, with fluency in both Farsi and English.
- Bring a strategic and analytical mindset to the table, with the ability to envision and execute innovative solutions to complex operational challenges.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. 24/7 availability to address urgent issues is essential.
