In this role, you’ll manage and optimize key account operations to ensure seamless service delivery, collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives, analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and build and maintain strong relationships with our top clients.

In this role, you’ll manage and optimize key account operations to ensure seamless service delivery, collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives, analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and build and maintain strong relationships with our top clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze logistics operations to identify performance trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop performance metrics and KPIs to monitor operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, Data, QC, etc) to optimize logistics processes and workflows.
- Utilize data analytics tools to generate insights and recommendations for operational improvements.
- Conduct root cause analysis of operational issues, develop corrective action plans, and translate analysis results into business recommendations.
- Build strong relationships with key accounts, anticipate customer needs, and execute action plans to exceed expectations and deliver an exceptional experience.
- Proactively monitoring and analyzing delivery operations metrics to ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in logistics, account management, data analytics, business analytics, commercial or project management.
- Having analytical skills and proficiency in data analytics tools (we are using Excel, SQL, and Power BI) is a plus
- Proven experience in account management or operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A proactive and results-driven mindset.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of logistics operations and systems is a plus.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. 24/7 availability to address urgent issues is essential.
