Analyze large, complex data sets
Develop the dashboards and processes that will enable data-driven decisions
Work with Product Management and Design Team
Motivate and support other members of the data analytics team
Identify areas to increase efficiency and automation of processes
Gather, understand and document detailed business requirements using appropriate tools and techniques
Defining highly complex requirements, with a focus on providing actionable and understandable results.

Requirements

Bachelor/ Master in field of Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Statistics, MBA or other quantitative field; Masters desirable.
+3 years of experience in related filed
High level of proficiency in data visualization tools such as SQL, Python, Excel or equivalent
Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities both independently and with others.
Excellent organizational, communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
Being Data Driven, result-oriented and creative
Attention to details and proactivity
Prior leading experience a plus
