Responsibilities
Snapp is the pioneer provider of ride-hailing mobile solutions in Iran that connects smartphone owners in need of a ride to drivers who use their private cars to offer transportation services. We are ambitious, passionate, engaged, and excited about pushing the boundaries of the transportation industry to new frontiers and being the first choice of each user in Iran.
Responsibilities
- Calculating payroll by adding timesheets, and bonuses, and considering all deductions with zero faults.
- Creating bank files according to calculations with zero fault.
- Passing External (SSO, Tax, Third-party, Investors, …) and Internal Audits without any red flag.
- Delivering all payroll reports without passing any deadlines (According to our deadlines calendar).
- Processing all SSO and Tax calculations and payments with zero faults in specified deadlines.
- Responding to all employee inquiries in 3 working days.
- Handling all kinds of loans and advanced payment processes (From Start to payment).
- Monitoring any related changes in Labor law, tax law, SSO law, … and updating the team.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a payroll supervisor, payroll specialist, or similar role
- Proficiency in Excel (Analytical Skills/ Reporting/Data Cleansing/…)
- Strong knowledge of labor, SSO, and Tax laws
- Familiar with Chargoon Payroll Software Experience
