شرح موقعیت شغلی

At the Back Office vertical, we are looking for an APM to suggest product enhancements in order to improve user experience. He/she performs quality assurance controls on product and coordinates with the engineering department to deliver functional solutions.
 
Job description


  • Own features and deliver them in the quarterly based roadmap
  • Detect bottlenecks and user pain-points
  • Make suggestions for the detected pain points with a data-driven approach
  • Good cooperation with the engineering team to deliver road map items
Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering, MBA
  • One or two years of related work experience
  • Teamwork skills

  • English Skills (Upper-intermediate)
  • Familiarity with research
