Responsibilities
The mission of the HR Operations Specialist is to handle and solving below areas:

  • Provide contracts to employees.
  • Archiving the employee contracts 
  • Follow up on the employee exit process.
  • Preparing related reports.
  • Communicate with employees, explain contract content, and collect documents related to the contract.
  • Follow up the process for terminating an employee at the end of their employment. 
  • Improve the archiving process.
  • Address employees’ questions and concerns.
