Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement training programs
  • Evaluate training effectiveness using various methods and tools
  • Provide feedback and coaching to trainees and trainers
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices
  • Compilation and improvement of related processes
  • Documentation including policies and training contents
  • Using technology and creative methods in assigned tasks
 Requirements 

  • A degree in Industrial engineering, MBA or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in OD or related fields
  • Excellent knowledge of Organizational Behavior (OB)
  • Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
  • Technical Expertise
  • Problem-Solving / Analytical Thinking
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks
  • Eager to learn about leadership, culture, soft skills, etc., and share them with others
  • Excellent Communication
