Job description
- Maintain employee records (soft and hard copies)
- provide attendance data of employees, like absences and leaves
- Prepare paperwork for HR policies and procedures
- Process employees’ requests and provide relevant information
- Coordinate HR projects, meetings, and training seminars
- Purchase of office supplies and equipment
- Organize company events
- Follow up the recruitment process along with the HR department
- Provide orientations for new employees by explaining company policies
- Collaborate on launching new business projects
- Collaborate with other teams in advancing projects at peak times
Job requirements
- Related education or experience in human resources or related fields
- Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to grow with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
- Reporting Ability
- Intermediate English skills
- Proficient in Word and Excel
