Job Description
We’re looking for a result-oriented Operation specialist who can address operational challenges based on data, recognize that challenge among the teams involved, design solutions based on problems and cooperate with the teams in implementing them. This position is involved and responsible for delivering high-quality service to consumers on daily basis.
Responsibilities:
•Monitoring delivery operations metrics, doing root cause analysis to improve them and make sure they will meet SLA by collaborating within the team or with other teams for taking needed actions.
•Make sure that operation processes are working seamlessly and according to plans on a daily basis.
•Identifying customer needs proactively, making suggestions and providing and executing action plans to fulfil them.
•Working closely with other departments to ensure customer and consumer satisfaction.
•Data analysis (understanding visualized data and extracting insight from them).
•Presenting periodical reports on operational KPIs.
Requirements
•Having strong analytical skills.
•Teamwork skills.
•Strong verbal and written communications skills.
•Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google sheets.
•Being responsible and delivering on deadlines.
•Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business, Industrial Engineering is a plus.
