The mission of the HR Specialist (Operations) is to handle and solve the below areas in the operations teams (call center, commercial , …) :
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of great candidates
• Partner with Hiring Managers to draft, refine and adapt job descriptions
• Owning the recruitment process from A to Z
• Identify difficult job vacancies and investigate the best recruitment approach for them
• Analyze the recruitment performance, cost per hire and time to hire
• Keep the documentation of the recruitment process up to date
• Prepare requested and related reports.
Job requirements:
• Relevant Bachelor's or higher degree.
• Detail-oriented and Customer-oriented approach.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize to meet definite deadlines and following-up.
• Excellent Team working and communication skills.
• Having a good experience in the FMCG industry.
