We are looking for a driven and result oriented Account Manager to join our team at Snapp Kitchen.
Snapp Kitchen provides excellent learning and growth opportunities while also placing great emphasis on teamwork and communications skills. This position will be focused on managing relationships with our key B2B clients.
An Account Manager’s responsibilities will include:
- Manage communications and create strong, strategic relationships with key clients
- Exclusive support for key accounts specifically in the time of delivery
- Monitor service level based on reports and provide meaningful feedback to other teams to ensure client satisfaction
- Monitor and attend to the clients’ financial arrangements and reports (invoices and prepayments)
- Follow up on clients’ problems with internal teams and deliver results
- Role requirements are as follows:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Account Management
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to think and learn quickly to make decisions on the spot in negotiations
