شرح موقعیت شغلی

  • Develop and manage customer segments based on behavior, demographics, and preferences to tailor marketing efforts effectively.
  • Create and refine customer journey maps to guide campaigns and optimize customer interactions.
  • Employ personalization strategies, dynamic content, and product recommendations to elevate the customer experience.
  • Design and implement automated ECRM campaigns encompassing segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing to foster engagement and drive sales.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to align ECRM initiatives with overarching marketing objectives and business goals.
  • Monitor and meticulously report on key performance indicators (KPIs), furnishing regular analysis and actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
Requirements:

  • Proficiency in SQL programming, encompassing complex query writing, data manipulation, and performance tuning.
  • Demonstrated experience working with ECRM platforms.
  • Strong analytical prowess, with the ability to decipher data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Detail-oriented mindset paired with a creative flair, driven by a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
