Role & Responsibilities:
- Approaching approved leads by category manager and signing contract
- Providing facilities for onboarding vendors
- Close communication with KA Vendors as the primary contact person
- Being updated about the last market condition regarding assortment, pricing strategy, …
- Owning sales target of KA Vendors
- Continuous checking of KA Vendors' Activation
- Creating monthly Plans to improve the sales performance of KA Vendors
- Constant monitoring and analysis of KA vendors' performance and sharing insight for them to improve performance
- Sharing Gap assortment with KA vendors to enhance their assortment
- Sharing ATP report with KA Vendors to avoid sales loss
- Ensure competitive pricing of KA vendors especially on index products
- Pushing KA vendors for promotion participation and offering deals
- Holding Meetings with KA vendors to improve their sales and solve issues
- Acting role of accelerator in solving KA vendor issues (Operational, Financial, …)
- Continuous checking of KA vendor operational KPIs and helping vendors improve them
Qualification
- Minimum 2 Years of experience in a related field
- Minimum bachelor's degree in Business Management or other related fields
- Strong Communication Skills
- Having experience in E-Commerce is an advantage
