Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationship with the vendors, serving them as primary point of contact
- Monitor and analyze account metrics to track performance and identify growth opportunities
- Monitor all daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to achieve the monthly target
- Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, product development and operation
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to anticipate customer needs
- Prepare and present regular reports on account performance and growth opportunities
- Accountable for the achievement of his/her territory sales volumes and value by category
Requirement Skills
- Bachelor degree in business administration, marketing or a related field
- Experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar role
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to build and maintain strong vendor relationships
- Proficiency in Microsoft office suite
- Knowledge of the H&B industry is a plus
- E-commerce working experience is a plus
