شرح موقعیت شغلی

Job Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, acting as their primary point of contact and ensuring their needs are met.
Monitor and analyze account metrics to track performance, identify growth opportunities, and implement strategies for improvement.
Review and interpret daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to ensure targets are met and to drive sales performance.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, content, product and operations, to align strategies and achieve business objectives.
Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to anticipate customer needs and adjust strategies accordingly.
Prepare and present comprehensive reports on account performance, highlighting growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
Be accountable for achieving sales volumes and targets within your territory, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar role, with a track record of successful account management.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships with vendors.
  • Strong analytical skills to monitor and analyze account metrics, identify growth opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive approach to addressing challenges
  • Ability to build and maintain strong vendor relationships, ensuring long-term partnerships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of the Fashion industry is a plus, with an understanding of market trends and customer needs.
  • E-commerce experience is a plus, with familiarity in online sales platforms and digital marketing strategies.
