Role and Responsibilities

Develop and automate large-scale, High-Performance, Scalable data pipelines (batch and streaming) to drive faster analytics
Ability to design new Data Architecture with excellent run-time characteristics such as low latency, fault-tolerance, and availability
Optimize data processing
Troubleshoot data-related issues
Monitor and optimize data pipelines and systems for performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
Establish and enforce data governance policies and procedures to safeguard patient data and ensure compliance.
Implement processes and tools to ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance with healthcare regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Development of high-quality database solutions
Develop, implement and optimize stored procedures and functions using T-SQL
Review and interpret ongoing business report requirements
Monitoring and maintenance of Power BI Services
Analyze existing SQL queries for performance improvements
Document data infrastructure, processes, and workflows to ensure knowledge sharing and maintainability, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, and SQL.
Familiarity with big data technologies such as Apache Hadoop, Apache Spark, and NoSQL databases.
Experience with data engineering, with a focus on building and maintaining data pipelines, data models, and scalable infrastructure.
Strong skills in SQL and experience with data querying, transformation, and manipulation (SSIS).
Knowledge of data governance, data security, and privacy practices.
Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
