Who we’re looking for
Creative thinker, with significant experience and a passion for working as an employee experience specialist in a Sanpp Shop.Has a partnering mindset, to work with cross-functional teams and external providers.
A collaborator and practitioner, outcome orientated, someone who gets the job done, where no job is too great or too small communication skills and relationship-building, Deep understanding of the employee experience and moments that matter and the ability to operationalize.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative employee engagement programs that foster a positive workplace culture and enhance team spirit.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee queries, providing guidance and support on various HR-related topics.
- Coordinate and facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for all employees.
- Collaborate with HR and management to identify and address workplace issues, contributing to developing policies and practices that improve employee experience.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of employee engagement initiatives, gathering feedback to refine and improve our strategies continually.
- Stay abreast of trends and best practices in HR and employee experience, bringing innovative ideas to the team.
- Research, identify and provide best practices relevant to current talent and organization development processes.
- Consult with management in collaboration with HRBP and provide advisory services on performance, organizational, leadership and other POD (People and Organizational Development cases. )
Requirements:
- 2 years experience in a similar position.
- Experience in employee engagement.
- Literacy with social media tools and different styles of content.
- Excellent copywriting skills and ability to write delicious text on any topic.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Analytical skills and ability to design and analyze surveys.
- A calm and logical approach – comfortable communicating with all levels and able to instil confidence.
- Comfortable working with discretion, and dealing with sensitive, complex, and confidential situations.
