Job Description


We are seeking an energetic team-player Product Manager to join our product team and ensure that our product remains competitive. In this role, we need help to speed up the discovery phase, manage all Agile ceremonies, and ensure the product’s delivery time and time to market.

Core Responsibilities:


  • Help the team to deliver products with global standards
  • Communicate effectively with key stakeholders on product features and acting as the main point of contact for any inquiries.
  • Collaborate with the engineers and designers, and other colleagues sharing knowledge on product developments and issues, to discuss and implement effective solutions for the team.
  • Experienced with the product development process from discovery and product documentation to deliver
  • Manage all aspects of in-life products, including customer feedback, requirements, and issues
  • Analyzing usage data, monitor and measure launched products and feed insights back into the product development process.
  • Launching medium to large features.
  • Collecting user feedback.

Requirements:


  • At least 3 years of experience in the Product field, prefer to have experience in Fintech companies.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer engineering, computer science, industrial engineering, MBA, or any equivalent field.
  • High proficiency in the English language, writing, and reading in particular.
  • Intermediate knowledge of data analysis tools: Excel and TSQL in particular.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Good understanding of product development and delivery processes.
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
