شرح موقعیت شغلی

• Structuring interaction with customers across different channels and platforms, managing their issues, and making sure they’re addressed promptly
•  Gathering and analyzing customer feedback by arranging surveys, and questionnaires and sourcing online reviews to identify opportunities for improvement
•  Providing reports, analytical data and related solutions to other teams based on their issues and goals
•  Identifying and predicting trends in customer needs, requirements, preferences, and buying habits
•  Designing KPIs and monitoring them to track the effectiveness of solutions

• +4 years of relevant work experience (experience in the IT industry is preferred)
•  BA/BS in Communications, Data Science, Business Management, and/or equivalent experience
•  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong teamwork and communication skills to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with team members and colleagues
• Strong active listening skills
• English proficiency is preferred
