Job Description
We are looking for a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our team and help us enhance user experience across our digital projects. As a UI/UX Designer, you will work closely with our product and design teams to develop intuitive and attractive user interfaces that meet the needs of our users.





Responsibilities




  • Collaborate with product management and development teams to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
  • Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to development.
  • Develop clear and effective design solutions to make complex processes user-friendly.
  • Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas effectively.
  • Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback.
  • Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
Requirements





  • Proven UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio of design projects.
  • Proficiency in Figma for visual design and wireframing.
  • Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
  • Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
  • Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
  • Experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and process flows.
  • Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions.
  • Ability to work in a team and to communicate effectively with different teams.
