Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and traffic.
- Content Creation: Create, curate, and manage all published content across various social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram).
- Community Management: Engage with the online community, respond to comments and messages, and monitor social media channels for customer feedback.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track performance using analytics tools, measure success, and generate reports on key metrics.
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns, supporting new product launches, events, and promotions.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Collaboration: Work with designers, writers, and other content creators to ensure a cohesive brand presence.
- Crisis Management: Handle negative comments and potential PR issues effectively to maintain a positive brand image.
