We are searching for an experienced Java/Kotlin Developer proficient in building high-performance, scalable enterprise applications. In this role, you will lead the design and implementation of complex distributed systems, shaping the future of marketing technology.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Design and develop robust, scalable, and high-performance backend services.
- Optimize and refactor existing code to improve performance and reliability.
- Work on stream processing and real-time data pipelines using tools like Kafka.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex distributed system issues in a timely manner.
- Mentor junior developers and actively participate in code reviews.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Senior Backend Developer with proficiency in Java or Kotlin
- Hands-on experience with caching technologies like Redis and messaging systems such as Kafka.
- Expertise in NoSQL databases like Elasticsearch, MongoDB, or Cassandra.
- Solid understanding of distributed computing principles and microservices architecture.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong communication skills and ability to mentor and guide junior developers
