Responsibilities:

Own and prioritize the product backlog based on the service roadmap and strategic goals and DevOps team lead.
Act as the primary liaison between the dev/ops and development teams.
Provide regular updates on service metrics and gather feedback.
Continuously evaluate and improve service provision processes.
Coordinate Dev/Ops team relations with other teams. specially Development Team.
Coordinate process-related all meetings like scrum sprint planning, retro/review, post-mortem.
Keep all devops team managing tools like Jira, Confluence, Incident management system update with last status of tasks.

Job Requirements:

Ability to prioritize and manage various service requirement from different teams.
Deep knowledge in project and product management.
Strong understanding about technical service providing.
Bachelor's/master's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Familiar with service-based concepts like Service Level Agreement ,Service Objectives, Service Monitoring.
