We’re looking for an energetic, proactive, and people-oriented team member to join Affilio and help us identify, attract, and grow affiliate publishers — especially those active on Instagram and YouTube. If you’re passionate about marketing, love connecting with people, and want to be part of a growing affiliate platform, this role is for you.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and recruit potential publishers across social media platforms (especially Instagram & YouTube) and content-based websites.
- Evaluate content quality and sales potential of new publishers.
- Guide new publishers through onboarding, training, and first link generation.
- Take full responsibility for the growth and sales performance of the publishers you bring in.
- Consistently follow up with publishers to ensure they reach their first sale and beyond.
- Analyze publisher performance data to optimize their results.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and customer success teams.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably digital, influencer, or affiliate marketing.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Good understanding of social media platforms (especially Instagram and YouTube).
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and passionate about helping others grow.
- Comfortable with data analysis and using insights to drive better performance.
- Highly organized, reliable, and proactive.
