Responsibilities:

Validate and analyze large datasets from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Develop tools and processes to detect data anomalies, errors, and outliers.
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and business teams to define data requirements and maintain data quality.
Identify trends and insights from data to support product improvements and optimizations.
Conduct A/B tests and other experiments to evaluate product changes and their impact.
Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to share data insights with stakeholders.
Support data-driven decision-making by analyzing customer behavior, product performance, and market trends.
Stay updated on best practices, new tools, and techniques in data analysis.

Requirements:

Strong analytical skills with experience in data validation, cleaning, and quality assurance.
Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data analysis tools (e.g., Spark).
Experience with data visualization tools like Metabase, Power BI, or similar platforms.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills to explain data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
