Duties and Responsibilities:
● Set up KPI's and build automated dashboards that guide the business to make informed decisions

● Supporting all stakeholders in defining the right questions and proper measures and helping them to understand data insights
● Develop relationships with other analytics, science and business teams within the company.
● Doing ad-hoc data analyses and put forward recommendations
● Preparing recommendations that will help to develop reporting methods.
● Support team and PO in order to write high-quality user stories.
● Develop a deep understanding of how product & feature launches, marketing campaigns, and sales activities impact customer behavior and the business implications of such changes.
- Support and change the business on how to think and use data. Educate them in the right data use and hypothesis building.
Qualification:
● Experience solving real problems using data mining techniques and with statistical rigor.
● Experience solving real problems using data mining techniques and with statistical rigor.
● A strong understanding of relational data modeling.
● High proficiency in SQL.
● The ability to identify the required data points to generate reports and visualizations.
● Knowledge of statistical analysis tools such as Python.
● Strong technical skills regarding data analysis and statistics.
● Experience on data visualization tools. (Preferably Tableau)
● Experience with Google Analytics/Localytics.
● Support in A/B test design and analysis.
● Great attention to detail
● Experience with big data tooling i.e., Pyspark / Hadoop / Druid is a big plus
