Job Description
We currently have an opportunity available for a “Business & data analyst” to join our analytics Team, which is passionate about problem-solving and be able to convert data into collectible and storage features. As a business data analysis, you will lead the delivery of projects, this includes data collection, design proportional dashboards, analyze outputs and monitoring, as well as daily controlling.
Responsibilities
· Analyze business needs, carry out data-driven activities using data governance tools.
· Identify and resolve gaps in the data collection and analysis processes.
· Present data that facilitates accurate analysis, processing, and consumption across departments for effective decision-making.
· Track trends that can be helpful to make business decisions.
· Assists with special projects as assigned; Ad hoc reporting as necessary.
· Analyzes, justifies, and interprets data to create suggestions for improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor/ Master degree in MBA, Industrial Engineering or any other related field.
- Excellent numeracy, analytical and mathematical skills.
- Proficiency with analytical tools like SQL/Python.
- Skilled with a visualization tool, (Tableau, Power bi, …)
- Must be able to analyze reports or data, Decision-Making Skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of e-commerce industry is preferred.
- More than 1 years of experience in data analytics, operations, or related field.
- Must be a pro-active, self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
