  • Collaborate with other team members and departments to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Continuously improve knowledge of company products, services, and best practices.
Requirements:

  • Proficient in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience in a customer support role is preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity with support software and tools is a plus.
