شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our ambitious marketing team! As a Digital Marketing Specialist at Shavaz, you will be responsible for setting up, implementing, and managing part of company's digital marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, display advertising campaigns.
  • Design, build, and maintain our display advertising campaigns.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience.
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
  • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
Requirements:

  • Proven working experience in digital marketing, demonstrating successful management of digital marketing campaigns.
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console, GAds, WebTrends).
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
  • Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMRush, etc.).
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools.
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications in Google Analytics, Google AdWords, or other relevant fields.
  • Experience in content creation and management.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
