We are seeking a talented Data Analyst to join our Tech & Product team. The successful candidate will turn data into information, information into insight and insight into business decisions. As a member of the team, you will collaborate closely with product and business managers to visualize and automate reports in order to extract insights from data.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Working with product and business managers to prioritize business and information needs
· Designing and developing interactive dashboards and visualizations to track performance metrics
· Interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques and providing ongoing reports
· Identifying, analyzing, and interpreting trends or patterns in complex data sets
· Presenting data in a way that is understandable to those with limited data knowledge or experience
· Conducting ad-hoc data analysis to answer specific questions or support data-driven decision-making
· Implementing data quality checks and ensuring data accuracy and consistency
Requirements:
· At least 2 years’ relevant experience
· Proficiency in SQL, Python and Excel
· Skilled in utilizing data visualization software (GA4, Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
· Familiarity with data analysis
· Analytical thinking
· Teamwork skills
· Business understanding
· Data science proficiency is an advantage
