Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented Senior Data Analyst to join our Tech & Product team. The successful candidate will turn data into information, information into insight and insight into business decisions. As a member of the team, you will collaborate closely with product and business managers to visualize and automate reports in order to extract insights from data.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Working with product and business managers to prioritize business and information needs
- Designing and developing interactive dashboards and visualizations to track performance metrics
- Interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques and providing ongoing reports
- Identifying, analyzing, and interpreting trends or patterns in complex data sets
- Presenting data in a way that is understandable to those with limited data knowledge or experience
- Conducting ad-hoc data analysis to answer specific questions or support data-driven decision-making
- Implementing data quality checks and ensuring data accuracy and consistency
Requirements:
- At least 2 years’ relevant experience
- Proficiency in SQL, Python and Excel
- Skilled in utilizing data visualization software (GA4, Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
- Familiarity with data analysis
- Analytical thinking
- Teamwork skills
- Business understanding
- Data science proficiency is an advantage
