Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives in the digital business sector.
- Identify market opportunities, analyze customer behavior, and monitor competitor activities to enhance the organization’s competitiveness.
- Plan and manage the annual marketing budget, monitor expenditures, and ensure goal achievement.
- Launch and oversee creative advertising campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Collaborate in the design, introduction, and promotion of new products and services to target customers and markets.
- Lead, manage, and evaluate the marketing team’s performance to achieve short-term and long-term objectives.
- Strengthen relationships with key customers, identify their needs, and provide solutions to improve the customer experience.
- Design and execute digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and email marketing.
- Develop and enhance the brand image in the market while ensuring adherence to brand identity standards.
- Utilize analytical tools to monitor campaign performance and deliver accurate, actionable reports to the CMO.
- Work closely with product, technology, sales, and customer service teams to achieve shared objectives.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree in Marketing Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related fields (Master’s degree is a plus).
- At least 6 years of relevant experience in marketing, preferably in the fintech or telecom industries.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing both digital and offline marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEO, SEM) and advertising platforms.
- Strong ability to analyze complex data and deliver actionable reports.
- Familiarity with emerging technologies and trends in the fintech and telecom sectors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and team leadership skills.
- Experience in managing large, multifaceted projects.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and agile environment, handling shifting priorities effectively.
- Creativity and innovation in designing and executing marketing campaigns.
