Develop and implement performance management processes that align with organizational goals
Support managers in evaluating employee performance and providing constructive feedback
Conduct skill gap analysis and training sessions to educate staff on performance management practices
Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management
Facilitate performance appraisal processes and ensure timely completion
Identify areas for improvement in performance management systems and processes
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience in performance management or a related HR function (3-5 years preferred)
Strong knowledge of performance appraisal methods and employee development practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze data and present findings effectively
Familiarity with HR software and performance management tools
Proficiency in English (oral and written)
