استخدام Technical Recruiter

شرح موقعیت شغلی

CORE Requirements:

• +2 years’ experience as a developer
• Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Fluency in English
• Strong networking abilities
• Ability to multitask and prioritize to meet definite deadlines
• Solid understanding of HR practices and labor legislation is a plus
• Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting) is a plus
• Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, Skype and structured) is a plus

Other Requirements:

• Take a consultative role with hiring managers
• Source potential candidates on niche platforms, like GitHub
• Use a combination of recruiting techniques to creatively evaluate, network, and hire top tier talent
• Recruit passive candidates and assess candidates for fit and motivation
• Build and maintain network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management; conducts in-depth interviews of potential candidates
• Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment of talent that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company, implementing new processes and fine-tuning current processes
• Screen, interview and prepare a candidate slate within an appropriate and consistent timeline
• Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives, including assessment of best practices in interviewing techniques, leveraging of internal sources of talent and identification of top performers.
