شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are providing consultancy for strong corporates & startups for identifying and selecting key talents at Sarcheshmeh. if you are looking for gaining excellent experience as an "Executive Recruiter", we are looking for you. 

Job Description:

  • Create/Update job descriptions
  • Source and recruit candidates by using database, social media, job websites, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Screen candidates resume and job applications 
  • Perform in-person and phone interviews with candidates
  • Follow up on the interview process status
  • Design and send rejection/offer letter
  • Keep database updated
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process

  • Upper-intermediate English skills
