About the Role
We're looking for an Agile Delivery Manager to guide our product and tech teams toward higher delivery efficiency and stronger collaboration. Beyond the core Product and Tech scope, the role also supports the organization's OKR practice — helping organize OKR-related events and monitoring progress across teams to help them genuinely embrace the concept, rather than just going through the motions. You'll blend hands-on Scrum/Kanban facilitation with data-driven performance tracking to help teams ship better, faster, and with less friction.
Responsibilities
• Facilitate Scrum and/or Kanban practices (sprint planning, refinement, retrospectives, daily stand-ups, WIP management) tailored to each team's context — primarily within Product and Tech
• Own and administer Jira, including workflow configuration, automation rules, dashboarding, and reporting tools (e.g., EazyBI)
• Track and report on agile KPIs (velocity, cycle time, lead time, sprint predictability, throughput, escaped defects, etc.) to identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement
• Organize and support OKR-related events (planning, check-ins, reviews) and monitor progress across teams, helping them build genuine understanding and ownership of the OKR process
• Act as a coach and enabler for teams — removing impediments, mentoring on agile principles, and fostering a culture of ownership and continuous improvement
• Help structure resolution when cross-functional tension arises (e.g., Product vs. Tech prioritization), using tools like shared prioritization frameworks and technical debt capacity allocation
• Partner closely with Product and Tech leadership to ensure smooth, transparent delivery flow
• Continuously assess and evolve team maturity, processes, and tooling as the organization scales
• Contribute to broader organizational and business agility initiatives as the role and organization mature
Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Manager role
• Strong working knowledge of Scrum and Kanban, and the judgment to apply each appropriately
• Proven experience with Jira administration — workflows, automation, dashboarding, and reporting tools such as EazyBI
• Demonstrated ability to define, track, and act on agile performance KPIs
• Familiarity with OKR frameworks and how they're implemented and monitored across teams
• Excellent interpersonal and facilitation skills — comfortable building trust and influencing across functions
• Clear, structured communicator in both Persian and English
Nice to Have
• Exposure to scaling frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Nexus, Spotify Model) — a plus
• Certifications such as CSM, PSM, PSPO, or SAFe Agilist — a plus
• Interest in or experience with organizational/business agility — helping the company evolve its operating model, not just team-level ceremonies
• Experience in fintech, crypto, or high-growth tech environments
