As a Senior UX Designer at Achareh group, you’ll be able to utilize a full spectrum of user experience design skills, while working collaboratively alongside our Content Design and Visual Design teams, leading meaningful, enterprise-level digital projects.

Responsibilities:

-  Documenting, reviewing, and analyzing the entire user funnel within and outside of the app experience.
-  Collect, track and analyze customer feedback across all channels and platforms and suggest improvements internally based on the insights gathered
-  Extract insights about user behaviors from web instrumentation and analytics tools.
-  Undertaking in-depth UX research to gain insights into customer behaviors, needs, and motivations.
-  Aligning UX research efforts with our business objectives and the evolving needs of our customers.
-  Employing a variety of research methods to extract detailed insights, crafting user personas, and influencing product strategies.
-  Collaborating closely with the Product Design team in planning and executing major projects.
-  Overseeing the UX research aspects of broader projects to ensure they align with our overall goals.
-  Set design requirements based on information from internal teams and user research.
-  Writing clear, scannable, accessible, and appropriate microcopy such as button labels, error messages, and tooltips to improve usability and guide users through the product.
-  Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the product's language and messaging is consistent and build awareness of UX writing's impact.
-  Participating in tests and collecting feedback to turn insights into UX writing solutions and continuously improve the user experience.
-  Collaborate with product owners, designers, and platform delivery teams to ensure effective and efficient design and delivery of the digital customer experience.
Requirements:
-  Strong portfolio showcasing successful product designs with an emphasis on solutions for user challenges.
-  More than 3 years of UX research or UX Design-related experience.
-  Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
-  Experience with Figma (our primary design tool) or the ability to adapt to it.
-  Experience working with and making design systems.
-  Experience producing functional prototypes, motion studies, and interface models
-  Solid understanding of typography, colors, and layout
