شرح موقعیت شغلی

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing a product roadmap for operations-related products and services based on market analysis and business objectives.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, commercial, customer support) to ensure timely delivery of products and services that meet customer needs and business goals.
·         Manage all aspects of in-life products, including customer feedback, requirements, and issues

  • Conducting market research and analyzing customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and new product development.
  • Building and maintaining partnerships with third-party vendors and service providers to enhance the delivery of operations-related products and services.
  • Defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) for operations-related products and services and reporting on product performance to key stakeholders.
·         Ensure products are delivered on time with an extremely high quality of experience.

·         Lead program updates during weekly and monthly business reviews.

  • Gather requirements from business stakeholders, write user stories, and define success criteria
  • Drive sprint planning meetings and manage backlog enabling a consistent and effective delivery model
  • Try out new product features and technologies in a hands-on working style
 

Qualifications:


·         At least 4 years of professional product management experience

·         Experience working and partnering with senior stakeholders

·         Proficiency using analytics and A/B testing tools to influence decision-making. Analytical skills, comfort working with and manipulating data, building hypotheses, and identifying high-leverage opportunities

·         have a basic understanding of software development and be able to work with technical teams to ensure that product requirements are met.

·         should have excellent written and verbal communication skills to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and customers.

·         Bachelor's or master’s degree in a related field, such as business, engineering, or computer science, is typically required.
