Job Title: SEO Specialist

Job Description:

The Senior SEO Specialist is a remote role responsible for spearheading our company's search engine optimization efforts. This position requires a combination of technical acumen, strategic thinking, and effective communication. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in executing successful SEO campaigns, ensuring our website's visibility is top-tier in search engine results.

Requirements:

  1. Demonstrated experience in executing successful SEO campaigns.
  2. Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO platforms like SEMrush or Ahrefs.
  3. Solid understanding of Google's algorithm updates and their implications.
  4. Strong analytical skills with a knack for detecting and interpreting trends from complex data.
  5. Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting and collaborate effectively with a distributed team.
Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct thorough keyword research to guide content teams.
  2. Implement robust on-page optimization techniques, ensuring our content aligns well with targeted keywords.
  3. Address technical SEO aspects, ensuring our website is crawlable, indexable, and free of errors.
  4. Develop and execute off-page optimization strategies, particularly concerning building high-quality backlinks.
  5. Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics, and make necessary adjustments.
  6. Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, techniques, and best practices, ensuring our approach is current and competitive.
  7. Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, reporting on performance, strategies, and upcoming tasks.
  8. Lead and mentor junior team members, ensuring the dissemination of knowledge and best practices.
Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus.
  2. Proficient in English (B2 level minimum).
  3. Minimum of 2 years of hands-on SEO experience.
  4. Proven track record of achieving strong results in SERPs.
  5. Certifications in Google Analytics, SEMrush, or other related platforms are a plus.
  6. Ability to articulate complex data in simple terms.
  7. Strong organizational and leadership skills.
