استخدام Senior Backend Engineer

شرح موقعیت شغلی


We are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to lead the development of an IoT device management platform, integrating cloud services with embedded vape detection devices.
Responsibilities


  • Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services for device provisioning, telemetry, alerts, and OTA updates
  • Collaborate with firmware engineers to define and optimize device communication protocols
  • Ensure high standards of security, reliability, and performance across the platform
  • Manage and optimize data pipelines between devices and cloud APIs
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex device-to-cloud integration issues
Requirements


  • Strong experience in backend development using Node.js / JavaScript
  • Solid understanding of IoT architectures and communication protocols (MQTT, WebSockets)
  • Experience working with AWS services (IoT Core, Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB or PostgreSQL)
  • Comfortable working in Linux environments and debugging distributed systems
  • Familiarity with embedded systems or firmware contexts (experience with C is a plus)
  • 5+ years of professional backend engineering experience
Nice to Have


  • Experience with Go (Golang)
  • Previous experience building or scaling IoT platforms
  • Experience with real-time data processing systems
